Due to the recent events regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus, we wanted to take the opportunity to reassure our clients that we will continue to operate as usual. We have the confidence in our systems and in our resources to continue supporting you throughout your claims process.

We have in place a business continuity plan that will be rolling out over the next few days to ensure that our employees are taking the necessary precautions as advised by the Government. This will include some, if not all, of our staff members working from their respective homes.
